Bang Bang Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Mayonnaise - 1 cup.
02 - Thai sweet chili sauce - 1/2 cup.
03 - Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon.
04 - Honey - 2 tablespoons.
05 - Chicken tenderloins - 1 1/2 pounds.
06 - Buttermilk - 1 cup.
07 - All-purpose flour - 3/4 cup.
08 - Cornstarch - 1/2 cup.
09 - Large egg - 1.
10 - Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
11 - Kosher salt - 1/2 teaspoon.
12 - Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon.
13 - Cayenne pepper - 1/8 teaspoon.
14 - Plain panko breadcrumbs - 2 cups.
15 - Canola oil for frying.
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in bowl. Set aside.
02 - Whisk buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, and seasonings. Coat chicken pieces.
03 - Remove chicken from batter, shake off excess. Roll in panko until well coated.
04 - Add inch of oil to large skillet. Heat to 365°F.
05 - Cook chicken in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden and 165°F inside.
06 - Drain on paper towels. Toss with sauce and garnish with parsley.

01 - Can be baked instead of fried.
02 - Adjust spice level to taste.
