Butterfly lobster tails by cutting lengthwise through shell center. Remove meat, close shell, and place meat on top.

Mix paprika, lemon pepper, and old bay seasoning. Season lobster meat on both sides. Combine remaining spices with flour and baking powder.

Soak lobster in buttermilk while heating oil to 350°F. Then coat in seasoned flour mixture.

Fry lobster tails for 4-5 minutes until shells turn red and meat is opaque.

Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Plate immediately with garlic butter sauce and lemon wedges.
