Crispy Fried Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 lobster tails

→ Coating

02 - 1 cup buttermilk
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons butter
09 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

# Instructions:

01 - Butterfly lobster tails by cutting lengthwise through shell center. Remove meat, close shell, and place meat on top.
02 - Mix paprika, lemon pepper, and old bay seasoning. Season lobster meat on both sides. Combine remaining spices with flour and baking powder.
03 - Soak lobster in buttermilk while heating oil to 350°F. Then coat in seasoned flour mixture.
04 - Fry lobster tails for 4-5 minutes until shells turn red and meat is opaque.
05 - Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
06 - Plate immediately with garlic butter sauce and lemon wedges.
