Pour ½-1 inch of high-heat oil into a large skillet and heat to 350°F over medium-high heat.

Working in batches, carefully fry green beans for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green and blistered. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels.

Drain all but 1 tablespoon of oil into a heatproof container. Reduce heat to low and let oil cool for 2 minutes.

Add minced garlic to oil and cook on low for 2-5 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high for 30 seconds until golden brown. Reserve 1 tablespoon of fried garlic for garnish.

Return green beans to skillet, add salt, white pepper, and chicken bouillon. Toss well to combine. Serve warm, topped with reserved fried garlic.
