Crispy Potato Rings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 530g potatoes (3 medium), peeled and chunked.
02 - 30g rice flour (¼ cup + 2 teaspoons).
03 - 30g cornstarch (¼ cup).
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley.
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika.
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - Oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook peeled potato chunks in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until fork tender.
02 - Drain completely, let cool, then mash until fluffy.
03 - Pass potatoes through sieve for smooth texture.
04 - Mix in salt, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika.
05 - Add cornstarch and rice flour, mix until soft dough forms.
06 - Roll teaspoons of dough into thin cylinders and form into rings.
07 - Cook in batches in medium-hot oil for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

01 - Can refrigerate dough if too soft.
02 - Ensure potatoes are completely drained.
03 - Oil hands if dough is sticky.
