Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 425°F (220°C)

Roll out your pizza crust on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper, then cut it into 6 even squares

On one half of each square, spread about a tablespoon of sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and add 2 pepperoni slices

Fold each square over into triangles and seal the edges well using a fork to create your pizza pockets

If you're feeling fancy, brush the tops with a little oil, sprinkle with oregano, and add an extra pinch of cheese
