Homemade Cheesy Pizza Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Pocket Basics

01 - 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
02 - 6 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus extra for topping
04 - 12 slices pepperoni

→ Optional Toppings

05 - Dried oregano leaves
06 - Olive oil for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 425°F (220°C)
02 - Roll out your pizza crust on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper, then cut it into 6 even squares
03 - On one half of each square, spread about a tablespoon of sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and add 2 pepperoni slices
04 - Fold each square over into triangles and seal the edges well using a fork to create your pizza pockets
05 - If you're feeling fancy, brush the tops with a little oil, sprinkle with oregano, and add an extra pinch of cheese
06 - Pop them in the oven for 10-13 minutes until they're beautifully golden brown
07 - Serve these warm pockets with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping
