Crispy Chicken Cordon Bleu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds), halved horizontally
02 - 8 thin slices ham
03 - 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
04 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper

→ Coating

05 - 3 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed
06 - 6 tablespoons butter, melted

→ Sauce

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1-2 teaspoons yellow mustard, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cut each chicken breast horizontally and pound between plastic wrap until thin and even
02 - Layer each chicken piece with ham and Swiss cheese, then roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap, twisting ends to secure
03 - Refrigerate wrapped chicken rolls for at least 30 minutes to help them hold shape
04 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Season unwrapped chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in melted butter and crushed cornflakes
05 - Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 160°F
06 - Mix mayonnaise and mustard together, adjusting mustard to taste
