Easy Chocolate Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
03 - 1/3 cup milk
04 - 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
05 - 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
06 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a mason jar or sealable container. Shake or stir until all ingredients are mixed evenly.
02 - Place the oats in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
03 - When ready to eat, stir the oats again and enjoy hot or cold. If serving warm, microwave until hot.
