Spray a large pan or pot with olive oil spray and heat it over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.

Add the dry pasta, taco seasoning, tomato paste, beef broth, and water to the pan. Stir well to combine. Cover the pan and bring it to a boil, which will take approximately 5 minutes.

Once boiling, remove the cover and reduce the heat to medium. Stir every few minutes for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and evenly combined.
