Egg Roll In A Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 8 oz chicken breast (ground or chopped)

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped
03 - 2/3 cup carrots, grated
04 - 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 2 scallions, chopped

→ Sauces & Oils

07 - 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
08 - 2 Tbsp olive oil

→ Garnishes

09 - 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
10 - Turmeric (optional)
11 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Chop all vegetables and the chicken (if not using ground chicken).
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté 2 cloves of minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add the chicken and cauliflower. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is almost done.
03 - Add cabbage, carrots, tamari sauce, and the remaining garlic clove. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 more minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Optionally, add turmeric and crushed red pepper flakes for additional flavor.
04 - Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
