Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak

01 - 2 lbs skirt steak
02 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

03 - 6 tsp garlic, minced
04 - 6 tbsp butter
05 - 1/2 cup chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cut steak to fit skillet. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
02 - Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steak 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Rest on plate.
03 - In another skillet, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Stir until garlic starts to brown, then remove from heat immediately.
04 - Slice steak against the grain, pour over garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley.

01 - Watch garlic carefully as it browns - it can burn quickly
02 - Let steak rest before slicing for juiciest results
