Cut steak to fit skillet. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steak 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Rest on plate.

In another skillet, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Stir until garlic starts to brown, then remove from heat immediately.

Slice steak against the grain, pour over garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley.
