Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter Chicken

01 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

08 - 12 oz fettuccine pasta
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 6-8 minutes until golden and done.
03 - Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the same pan. Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
04 - In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
05 - Toss pasta in the Parmesan sauce. Plate pasta and top with garlic butter chicken. Garnish with parsley.
