Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Rotini pasta - 1 pound.
02 - Cooked chicken, diced - 3 cups.
03 - Alfredo sauce - 30 ounces.
04 - Garlic parmesan sauce - 1 cup.
05 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 2 cups.
06 - Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 cup.
07 - Salt - 1/2 teaspoon.
08 - Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon.
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped.
10 - Reserved pasta cooking water - 1 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Combine pasta, chicken, sauces, half the cheeses, salt and pepper. Add pasta water if needed.
03 - Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
04 - Cover with foil. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
05 - Optional: Broil 2-3 minutes for golden top.
06 - Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
