# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 230 g refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 6 slices deli ham
03 - 6 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ For Finishing

05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles as indicated on packaging.
03 - Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the wide end of each triangle. Layer one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese onto each.
04 - Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, securing ham and cheese inside. Pinch the edges to seal.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk the egg until thoroughly beaten.
06 - Arrange rolled croissants on the prepared tray. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper.
07 - Place in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until croissants are golden brown and puffed.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the croissants rest briefly after baking ensures the cheese settles and reduces risk of burns when served.
