Easy Potato Beef Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 4-5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced.
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - 1/2 cup beef broth or water.
12 - 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional).
13 - 1/4 cup milk (optional).
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Heat oil in a pan and cook beef until brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain extra fat.
03 - Add onion and garlic to the beef. Cook 3-4 minutes until onions get soft.
04 - Put beef in the baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes on top. Add seasonings and cheese.
05 - Pour broth around the edges. Add milk if using for extra creaminess.
06 - Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more until potatoes are soft.
