# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - Fresh ground beef (2 pounds)
02 - Fresh breadcrumbs or panko (1 cup fresh or ¾ cup panko)
03 - Whole milk (¾ cup)
04 - Fresh onion, minced until fine (1 whole)
05 - Large eggs, beaten (2)
06 - Sea salt (2 teaspoons)
07 - Freshly ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)
08 - Your choice of dry herbs and spices (1-2 teaspoons, optional)

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

09 - Butter or cooking oil (½ tablespoon)
10 - Fresh garlic cloves, minced (2-4)
11 - Pure honey (½ cup)
12 - Ketchup (¾ cup)
13 - Soy sauce (¼ cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 400°F. Get two rimmed baking sheets ready by lining them with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Pour milk over your breadcrumbs and let them soak until all the liquid is absorbed, creating a soft, moist mixture.
03 - In a large bowl, combine your ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, minced onion, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until well mixed.
04 - Shape the meat mixture into small, 1-tablespoon sized meatballs and arrange them on your prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
05 - While meatballs bake, melt butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook briefly for 30 seconds, then stir in honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
06 - Add your baked meatballs to the simmering sauce and cook together for 7-10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and well-glazed.
