Honey Garlic Shrimp and Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 300g (10 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined.
02 - 200g (7 oz) smoked sausage, sliced.
03 - 2 cups broccoli florets.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - ¼ cup honey.
07 - ¼ cup soy sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
09 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional).
11 - Fresh green onions for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sliced sausage in oil for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
02 - Cook shrimp in remaining oil for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
03 - Stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
04 - Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and pepper flakes, add to pan.
05 - Return meat to pan, toss with sauce until heated through, garnish and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any pre-cooked sausage.
02 - Pairs well with rice or noodles.
03 - Best served fresh.
