Honey Lemon Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drums.
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
04 - 1½ teaspoons salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled.
07 - ¼ cup honey.
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
09 - 2 teaspoons salt-free lemon pepper seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil, then place a wire rack on top.
02 - Pat wings dry then coat with flour, baking powder, salt, and paprika mixture.
03 - Arrange wings on rack with space between them and bake for 15 minutes at 450°F.
04 - Lower temperature to 425°F and bake another 15 minutes.
05 - Whisk together melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning.
06 - Toss baked wings in honey lemon sauce.
07 - Return to oven for 10 minutes to set sauce.
08 - Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Wings are done at 160°F internal temperature.
02 - Can use hot honey for extra spice.
