Honey Pepper Chicken Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - ½ cup honey.
04 - ¼ cup soy sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
09 - ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper.
10 - 8 ounces macaroni pasta.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter.
12 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
13 - 2 cups milk.
14 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
15 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
16 - Salt and pepper to taste.
17 - Chopped parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook in olive oil 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
02 - Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and seasonings in skillet. Simmer until thickened.
03 - Slice chicken, return to skillet, coat with sauce.
04 - Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
05 - Make roux with butter and flour, add milk, then stir in cheeses until melted.
06 - Mix pasta with cheese sauce, top with chicken and garnish with parsley.
