Easy Honey-Soy Glazed Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Glaze

01 - Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
02 - Honey (2 tablespoons)
03 - Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
04 - Rice vinegar or lime juice (1 teaspoon)
05 - Garlic, minced (1 teaspoon)
06 - Fresh ginger, minced (½ teaspoon)
07 - Sesame seeds (½ teaspoon)

→ For the Fish

08 - Cod fillets (2 5-6oz pieces)
09 - Green onions, sliced for garnish (1 tablespoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together glaze ingredients. Pat dry cod fillets, brush with 1 tablespoon glaze, and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
02 - Preheat broiler to low with rack on second position. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place marinated cod on it.
03 - Brush fish with more glaze and broil 12-14 minutes, brushing with glaze every 2-3 minutes.
04 - Turn broiler to high and cook 4-5 more minutes until caramelized and internal temperature reaches 135-140°F.
05 - Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute cod with halibut, rockfish, or haddock
02 - Glaze can be doubled and reduced for extra sauce
03 - Add chili flakes or sriracha for spicier version
