Italian Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 refrigerated pie crust (half 14.1-oz package).
02 - 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
03 - 3 ounces prosciutto (6 thin slices).
04 - 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated.
05 - 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated.
06 - 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - Fresh herbs for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Let sit 10-15 minutes at room temp. Unroll into flat circle. Spread thin layer of mustard.
02 - Layer prosciutto. Add mozzarella and Parmesan. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
03 - Roll tightly, seal seam. Wrap in foil. Chill minimum 1 hour.
04 - Slice into 1/2-inch rounds. Place on lined baking sheet. Bake 10-11 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
