Jalapeño Popper Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened.
02 - 8 ounces cheddar jack cheese, finely shredded.
03 - 12 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled.
04 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
05 - 1 packet (1/4 cup) dry ranch seasoning.
06 - 4 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped.
07 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
08 - 1 green onion, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, half the shredded cheese, most of the bacon, and three chopped jalapeños with some panko crumbs.
02 - Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
03 - Put in fridge for 1 hour until firm.
04 - Mix remaining cheese, bacon, jalapeño, bread crumbs, and green onions on a plate.
05 - Roll chilled cheese ball in coating mixture, pressing gently so toppings stick.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made ahead and stored wrapped in the fridge.
02 - Add coating just before serving for best results.
