                Preheat grill to 350F. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Cool and chop.

                Cook ground beef with seasonings until no pink remains, about 6-8 minutes. Cool in fridge for 15 minutes.

                Mix cream cheese, cheddar, cooled beef, bacon, jalapeños and onions thoroughly.

                Place filling in center of wrapper, wet edges with water, then roll and fold into egg roll shape.
              
              
              
                05 - 
                Fry in 400F oil for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
              
              
              
                06 - 
                Serve with BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce or a mixture of both.
