Cheesy Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling Mixture

01 - 1 block cream cheese
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 8 oz ground beef
04 - 6 bacon slices, cooked
05 - 1 medium jalapeño, diced
06 - 2 tbsp red onion, diced
07 - 2 tsp kosher salt
08 - 2 tsp black pepper
09 - 2 tsp garlic powder

→ Assembly & Frying

10 - 6-8 egg roll wrappers
11 - ½ cup BBQ sauce
12 - ½ cup sweet chili sauce
13 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat grill to 350F. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Cool and chop.
02 - Cook ground beef with seasonings until no pink remains, about 6-8 minutes. Cool in fridge for 15 minutes.
03 - Mix cream cheese, cheddar, cooled beef, bacon, jalapeños and onions thoroughly.
04 - Place filling in center of wrapper, wet edges with water, then roll and fold into egg roll shape.
05 - Fry in 400F oil for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Serve with BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce or a mixture of both.

# Notes:

01 - Test oil temperature by dropping a breadcrumb - should brown in 60 seconds
02 - Wooden chopstick in oil should create bubbles when ready
