Easy Lemon Butter Tilapia Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 1 pound tilapia fillets (3-4 fillets)

→ Seasonings

02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Lemon Butter Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
08 - 2 garlic cloves, grated
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
11 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Pat tilapia dry, then mix seasonings and rub evenly on both sides of fillets.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
03 - Brown butter in light-colored skillet. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and seasonings.
04 - Pour sauce over fish, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
