Citrus Cherry Pistachio Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Base

01 - Graham cracker crumbs (1½ cups)
02 - Granulated sugar (¼ cup)
03 - Unsalted butter, melted (6 tablespoons)

→ For the Filling

04 - Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz can)
05 - Fresh lemon juice (¼ cup)
06 - Fresh lime juice (¼ cup)
07 - Lemon zest (1 tablespoon)
08 - Lime zest (1 tablespoon)
09 - Whipped cream (1 cup)

→ For the Topping

10 - Fresh or jarred cherries, pitted and halved (1 cup)
11 - Chopped pistachios (½ cup)
12 - Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into tart pan or dessert cups. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
02 - Whisk together condensed milk, citrus juices and zests. Fold in whipped cream until combined. Pour over chilled crust.
03 - Arrange halved cherries over filling and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
04 - Refrigerate at least 2 hours until set. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.

02 - Must chill at least 2 hours to set properly
03 - Can be made in tart pan or individual cups
