# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams fresh Prince Edward Island lobster meat, cooked and chopped

02 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 60 millilitres sour cream
04 - 30 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese

→ Condiments

06 - 120 millilitres mayonnaise
07 - 15 millilitres sriracha
08 - 15 millilitres sweet chili sauce

09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 25 grams green onions, finely chopped
11 - Extra chopped green onions, for garnish

→ Seasoning

12 - 15 millilitres lemon juice
13 - 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
14 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow it to fully preheat while preparing the dip.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
03 - Carefully fold chopped lobster meat and green onions into the mixture, blending gently to avoid breaking down the lobster pieces.
04 - Stir mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the mixture, ensuring even distribution and the lobster is coated throughout.
05 - Transfer the resulting mixture to a baking dish, spreading evenly for consistent baking.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the surface is golden and bubbling visibly.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for several minutes. Garnish with extra chopped green onions before serving alongside preferred accompaniments.

01 - For best results, use freshly cooked lobster and high-quality cheeses. Adjust sriracha to desired spice level.
