Mini Bacon Ranch Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces cream cheese softened.
02 - 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded.
03 - 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning.
04 - 1 cup bacon finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon parsley.
06 - 30 pretzel sticks.

# Instructions:

01 - Put soft cream cheese in a bowl and smooth it out. Mix in shredded cheddar and ranch seasoning until well combined.
02 - Mix chopped bacon and parsley in a small bowl.
03 - Scoop cheese mix with a melon baller, roll into balls with your hands.
04 - Roll each cheese ball in the bacon mixture.
05 - Stick a pretzel in the middle of each ball before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use chives or green onions instead of parsley.
02 - Store-bought bacon bits work for a quick option.
03 - Make up to 3 days ahead and keep in fridge.
