Nutella Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate, chopped.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
03 - 1 cup heavy cream.
04 - 1/2 cup Nutella.
05 - 1 tablespoon Amaretto (optional).
06 - Hazelnut flour or crushed hazelnuts for coating.
07 - Cocoa powder for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Place chocolate and salt in bowl set on kitchen towel to retain heat.
02 - Bring cream to boil and pour over chocolate. Let sit 2 minutes without stirring.
03 - Whisk gently from center outward until smooth. Add Nutella and Amaretto if using.
04 - Pour into lined dish and refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
05 - Scoop and roll into balls, then coat in cocoa powder or crushed hazelnuts.

# Notes:

01 - Use a straight French whisk for best results.
02 - Whisk in one direction to prevent breaking.
03 - 55% dark chocolate recommended for balanced sweetness.
