Orange Cranberry Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Unsalted butter, softened (1 cup/227g).
02 - Granulated sugar (1 1/3 cups/267g).
03 - Orange zest (1 tablespoon).
04 - Large egg yolks (2).
05 - Orange juice (3 tablespoons).
06 - All-purpose flour (3 cups/375g).
07 - Cornstarch (1 tablespoon).
08 - Baking powder (1 teaspoon).
09 - Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon).
10 - Table salt (3/4 teaspoon).
11 - Fresh cranberries (2 cups/200g).
12 - Granulated sugar for topping (1/2 cup/100g).
13 - Orange zest for topping (2 teaspoons).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat butter, sugar, and orange zest until fluffy. Add egg yolks and orange juice.
03 - Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
04 - Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet. Fold in cranberries.
05 - Mix sugar and orange zest, rubbing together to infuse sugar.
06 - Roll 1.5 tablespoon dough balls in orange sugar. Bake 11-13 minutes until edges golden.
