Bright Orange Ginger Vinaigrette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon orange zest (from about 1 orange)
02 - ⅓ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed, from 1-2 oranges)
03 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
05 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon honey
07 - 2 teaspoons grated ginger
08 - ¼ cup olive oil
09 - ½ teaspoon sesame oil
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the orange zest, orange juice, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
02 - Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking continuously until well combined and emulsified.
03 - Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. For a tangier dressing, add additional rice vinegar.

# Notes:

01 - To achieve a more acidic vinaigrette, increase the rice vinegar rather than the orange juice, as the orange juice adds sweetness and flavor.
02 - Use the small holes of a box grater or a microplane grater to finely grate ginger.
