Pecan Pie Brownie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 batch fudgy brownies (9x13 inch pan size)
02 - 2 cups pecan pie filling
03 - 16 oz dark chocolate
04 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
05 - 1 cup chopped pecans for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Crumble the cooled brownies into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with pecan pie filling until you have a moldable mixture.
02 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
03 - Melt the chocolate and stir in vegetable oil until smooth and well combined.
04 - Dip each frozen ball in the melted chocolate mixture, place back on parchment paper, and quickly sprinkle with chopped pecans before the chocolate sets.
05 - Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate coating is completely firm.
