Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the dough & filling

01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

→ For the butter topping

04 - 2 tbsp melted butter
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Optional add-ins

07 - Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping or filling)
08 - Crushed red pepper flakes
09 - Chopped black olives, mushrooms, or green peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
02 - Mix butter topping by combining melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Separate biscuits and flatten into 10 cm rounds. Add 1 tbsp mozzarella and a few mini pepperonis to each center.
04 - Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and roll into smooth balls.
05 - Place seam-side down on the sheet and brush with garlic butter.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
07 - Serve warm with marinara for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Add a mozzarella cube for a gooey center.
02 - Sprinkle red pepper flakes inside for spice.
03 - Air fryer: Cook at 175°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes.
