Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.

Mix butter topping by combining melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Separate biscuits and flatten into 10 cm rounds. Add 1 tbsp mozzarella and a few mini pepperonis to each center.

Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and roll into smooth balls.

Place seam-side down on the sheet and brush with garlic butter.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
