Pineapple-Peach Mojito Mocktails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Simple Syrup

01 - Granulated sugar, 1 cup
02 - Hot water, ¾ cup

→ Fruit and Herbs

03 - Peaches, pitted and sliced, 3-4
04 - Fresh mint leaves, 1 cup (plus extra for garnish)

→ Sparkling Water

05 - Peach flavored sparkling water, 2 cans
06 - Pineapple flavored sparkling water, 2 cans

→ Additional

07 - Ice cubes, 24 (2 trays)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine hot water and sugar, stirring until sugar completely dissolves.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine peach slices, mint leaves, and half the simple syrup. Muddle until mint is bruised and peaches are slightly mashed.
03 - Transfer muddled mixture to a pitcher, add remaining simple syrup.
04 - Add ice to pitcher, pour in both sparkling waters, and stir gently to combine.
05 - Pour into glasses and garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made alcoholic by adding spirit of choice
02 - Can adjust sweetness by reducing simple syrup
03 - Serve immediately to maintain carbonation
04 - Can use all peach or all pineapple sparkling water if preferred
