Easy Ranch Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (10 oz) drained Rotel tomatoes.
02 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend.
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Put softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch mix in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
02 - Fold in the drained tomatoes and shredded cheese until well mixed.
03 - Cover the bowl and put in fridge for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend.
04 - Give it a stir, put in a serving bowl, and top with cilantro if you like.

01 - Use Hot Rotel for extra spice.
02 - Try adding bacon or green onions.
