# Ingredients:

01 - 4 beef chops (bone-in or boneless)
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
04 - 125 ml beef broth
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for optional browning)

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Mashed potatoes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sear each chop for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
02 - Place the beef chops at the bottom of the slow cooker. In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour the mixture over the beef chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
03 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the beef chops are tender and flavorful.
04 - Transfer the beef chops to a serving plate. Spoon the creamy sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
