Heat oil in a pan, cook garlic for 30 seconds. Add chili sauce and grape jelly, cook 10 minutes stirring often.

Mix red pepper flakes and cayenne into the sauce.

Put frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them.

Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring once halfway through.

Serve hot when meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.
