Sweet Spicy Slow Cooker Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
02 - 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic.
03 - 12 ounces chili sauce.
04 - 12 ounces grape jelly.
05 - 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
07 - 28 ounces frozen meatballs.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in a pan, cook garlic for 30 seconds. Add chili sauce and grape jelly, cook 10 minutes stirring often.
02 - Mix red pepper flakes and cayenne into the sauce.
03 - Put frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour sauce over them.
04 - Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
05 - Serve hot when meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any brand of frozen meatballs.
02 - Keep warm in slow cooker for serving.
03 - Adjust spice level by changing amount of peppers.
