Process freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they become a fine powder. Pre-packaged strawberry powder can be used as an alternative.

Mix strawberry powder with powdered sugar in a bowl until uniformly colored. Transfer mixture to a 1-gallon freezer bag and seal.

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. In a large bowl, gently fold melted chocolate with cereal until evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal. Transfer to the bag with powder mixture and gently toss to coat.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate sets. Store in an airtight container.
