Combine meat, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings. Don't overmix.

Flatten meat mixture, add mozzarella cube in center, wrap meat around cheese and form into balls.

Heat oil in skillet, cook meatballs 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Serve warm with marinara sauce, over pasta, or as desired.
