Stuffed Spinach Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (or mix of beef and pork).
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs.
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 large egg.
07 - ½ teaspoon salt.
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
09 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes.
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine meat, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings. Don't overmix.
02 - Flatten meat mixture, add mozzarella cube in center, wrap meat around cheese and form into balls.
03 - Heat oil in skillet, cook meatballs 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
04 - Serve warm with marinara sauce, over pasta, or as desired.
