Bake sweet potatoes at 450°F for 1 hour until very tender.

Lower oven to 350°F.

Peel potatoes and place in large bowl.

Add butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

Spread into 9x13 baking dish.

Top with pecans and marshmallows.
