Taco Ranch Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning.
03 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained.
04 - 2 cups aged cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing.
06 - 75 frozen phyllo tart shells (5 packs of 15 count).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Brown ground beef in a skillet until no pink remains, then drain off extra fat.
03 - Mix in taco seasoning, then add tomatoes with chiles. Let it simmer 5 minutes.
04 - In a bowl, combine cheddar and ranch dressing, then mix into the meat.
05 - Spoon the meat mixture into each frozen phyllo shell.
06 - Put filled shells in the oven for 8-10 minutes until hot and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Can be frozen before baking - add 2-3 minutes to cooking time if frozen.
02 - Keep shells frozen until ready to fill for best results.
