# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Ingredients

01 - ½ cup smooth peanut butter
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar, honey, or pure maple syrup
04 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
05 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
06 - ½-1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce to taste
07 - 3-6 tablespoons warm water

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients, except for the water, to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
02 - Slowly add in warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to help thin it out. Stop adding when your desired consistency is reached.
03 - Serve sauce with Fresh Spring Rolls or your preferred dish, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Soy sauce can be substituted with a gluten-free option or Tamari sauce.
02 - Almond or cashew butter may be used as alternatives to peanut butter.
03 - Non-nutritive sweeteners, such as stevia extract, can replace brown sugar.
04 - Homemade peanut sauce can be prepared up to 3-4 days in advance, though it may lose some flavor over time.
05 - Store peanut sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze it for 4-6 months.
06 - To reheat, leave the sauce out on the counter for an hour before serving, or microwave it for 10-20 seconds.
