                Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with liners.

                Whisk together oil, warm coffee, egg, and vanilla until combined.

                Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

                Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake 18-22 minutes until springy when pressed. Cool completely.

                Beat butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually. Mix in strawberries, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency with milk if needed. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
