03 - White granulated sugar (¼ cup)
04 - Large egg yolks, at room temperature (2)
05 - Pure vanilla extract (2 tablespoons)
06 - All-purpose flour (1½ cups)
07 - Baking soda (½ teaspoon)
08 - Baking powder (¼ teaspoon)
09 - Salt (¼ teaspoon)

→ Mix-ins

10 - Crushed potato chips (⅓ cup)
11 - Broken pretzel pieces (⅓ cup)
12 - Valentine's Day M&M's (½ cup)
13 - White chocolate chips (¼ cup)
14 - Valentine's Day themed sprinkles (2 tablespoons)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter with both sugars using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
03 - Beat in room temperature egg yolks and vanilla until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy, approximately 2 minutes.
04 - Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until combined and no flour streaks remain.
05 - Gently fold in M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and sprinkles using a spatula until evenly distributed.
06 - Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, baking 6 cookies at a time for 10-12 minutes. For flatter cookies, gently press down with a flat surface at 10 minutes, then return to oven for 2-3 minutes until edges are light golden.
07 - Optional: While hot, swirl a circular glass around each cookie for perfect circles. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

# Notes:

01 - For perfectly round cookies, swirl a glass around them right after baking
02 - If cookies aren't spreading, press them down gently near the end of baking
