Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, baking 6 cookies at a time for 10-12 minutes. For flatter cookies, gently press down with a flat surface at 10 minutes, then return to oven for 2-3 minutes until edges are light golden.

Optional: While hot, swirl a circular glass around each cookie for perfect circles. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
