Creamy Velveeta Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large block Velveeta cheese, cubed
02 - 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
05 - 2.25 pounds ground beef
06 - 1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)

→ Optional

07 - 1 cup pasta water (reserved to thin sauce)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook bowtie noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Add Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the beef. Stir until cheeses melt and sauce is smooth.
04 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
