White Lasagna Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons.
02 - Onion, finely chopped - 1 medium.
03 - Garlic, minced - 3 cloves.
04 - Italian seasoning - 2 teaspoons.
05 - Salt - 1 teaspoon.
06 - Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon.
07 - Red pepper flakes - 1/8 teaspoon.
08 - Low sodium chicken broth - 3 cups.
09 - Chicken breasts - 2.
10 - Sundried tomatoes, chopped - 1/4 cup.
11 - Short pasta - 2 cups.
12 - Half and half - 1 cup.
13 - Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons.
14 - Fresh spinach, chopped - 1 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onions in butter until browned. Add garlic and seasonings.
02 - Add broth, chicken and tomatoes. Simmer covered 12-15 minutes until chicken done.
03 - Meanwhile cook pasta separately until al dente.
04 - Shred chicken. Mix cream with cornstarch. Add chicken, pasta, cream mixture and spinach.

# Notes:

01 - Store pasta separate from soup.
02 - Can use 4 cups broth for thinner soup.
