# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cut chicken breasts into slider-sized portions if necessary.
02 - Create a breading station with three separate dishes. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip into beaten egg, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
03 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust sriracha quantity according to desired spice level.
05 - Place lettuce and a pickle slice on the bottom half of each slider bun. Add a piece of crispy chicken and drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, you can toast the slider buns lightly before assembly.
02 - The bang bang sauce can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
