Berry Dessert Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 small flour tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Fruit Topping

05 - 1 cup strawberries, sliced
06 - 1/2 cup blueberries
07 - 1/2 cup raspberries

→ Garnishes

08 - 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
09 - 1/2 cup whipped cream
10 - Vanilla ice cream (optional)
11 - Powdered sugar (optional)
12 - Fresh mint (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
03 - Cut tortillas into triangular wedges and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool completely.
05 - Arrange the cooled tortilla chips on a large serving platter. Top with fresh berries, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and add dollops of whipped cream.
06 - Add additional toppings such as a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a light dusting of powdered sugar if desired. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.

01 - For the best texture, ensure chips are completely cool before adding toppings to prevent them from becoming soggy.
