Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
02 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
04 - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 eggs
06 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
07 - ½ tsp garlic powder
08 - ½ tsp onion powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Steam the broccoli florets for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, finely chop the broccoli.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
03 - Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into 2.5 cm balls. Arrange them on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet, ensuring enough space between each ball.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the balls are golden brown. For extra crispiness, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
05 - Let the cheese balls cool slightly before serving. Pair with marinara sauce, ranch dip, or your favorite dipping sauce. Serve warm.
