# Ingredients:

→ Frozen Yogurt Base

01 - 500 ml plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat
02 - 250 ml honey or maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
02 - Taste and adjust sweetness to preference by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
03 - Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or freezer-safe bowl, spreading evenly.
04 - Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap to minimize ice crystal formation. Place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours until set but scoopable.
05 - Allow to sit at room temperature for several minutes to soften. Scoop into bowls and serve plain or with favorite toppings such as fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips.
