# Instructions:

02 - Arrange split English muffins on a baking sheet with cut sides facing up.

04 - Distribute diced bell peppers and tomatoes evenly across the English muffin halves.
05 - If using, sprinkle crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon over the vegetables.
06 - Carefully pour the seasoned egg mixture over each muffin half, allowing it to soak into the toppings.
07 - Top each muffin with shredded mozzarella cheese.
