Garlic Parmesan Wings Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 900 g chicken wings

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce

07 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
08 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
11 - red pepper flakes, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for optimal airflow.
02 - In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until thoroughly coated.
03 - Set coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring space between each piece for even crisping.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, turning wings halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Meanwhile, combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from the heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and optional red pepper flakes.
06 - Transfer baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat each piece evenly.
07 - Arrange wings on a serving platter. Garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, thoroughly dry the chicken wings before coating with seasonings.
02 - Freshly grated Parmesan offers improved texture and flavor over pre-grated cheese.
03 - Wings can be broiled for an additional 2–3 minutes if deeper color or crispness is desired.
